Masakan Korea : Rabbeokki ( 라볶이 )
Saat akhir pekan kadang kita merasa bingung dengan rencana mau membuat acara apa. Wisata kuliner pasti sudah seringkali dilakukan. Namun ada yang menarik yaitu mencoba membuat masakan sendiri.
Dulu saya pernah menulis resep membuat ddeokbokki. pernah mencobanya..?
Nah bila bosen makan mie instan, sekarang boleh dicoba adalah rabokki. Rabokki gabungan kata-kata Ramyun ( mie instan) dan ddeokbokki . Hal ini cukup sederhana untuk membuat jika anda tahu bagaimana membuat ddeokbbokki. Yang perlu Anda lakukan adalah, menambahkan mie instan dan tambahan air ke ddeokbbokki.
Keterangan : Bahan untuk 4 orang dengan persiapan waktu sekitar 5 menit, waktu memasak kurang lebih 7 menit.
I. BAHAN UTAMA
1 bungkus mie instan.
kue beras Segar 300g (sekitar 30 buah) – Jika Anda menggunakan garae ddeok kemasan sebaiknya di rendam dalam air dingin selama 20 menit sebelum Anda menggunakannya.
Ikan kue ( odaeng) 4 lembar – 240g
1 bawang
kubis secukupnya
1 batang daun bawang
1 ½ gelas air

Cabai bubuk ( Gochutgaru dalam bahasa Korea) – 1 sdt
Iris tipis bawang dan daun bawang.
Bilas kue ikan dalam air panas. ( Untuk membersihkan lapisan minyak dari permukaan)
Potong kue ikan dan kubis potong ukuran sedang.
III. PROSES MEMASAK
Tuang air ke dalam panci. Biarkan hingga mendidih itu. Tambahkan saus dan aduk dengan hingga merata.Tambahkan semua bahan lainnya dan aduk terus hingga merata.
Sepertinya memasak Rabokki tidak sulit, karenanya di Korea harga rabokki sama dengan ramyun atau lebih mahal sedikit. Selamat mencoba.
